Today, October 8, the VIII All-Russian Intellectual Forum “Trade Unions. XXI Century. Era of Change” has started in Sochi. The event, organized by the editorial board of the newspaper “Solidarity” under the aegis of the FNPR, is attended by Ildar Shamilov, Chairman of the Trade Union Organization of PJSC “KAMAZ”.
The forum, which has become an annual platform for discussing key trends in the trade union movement, is this time dedicated to global changes in politics, economics, and the social sphere. The main topic of discussions is the adaptation of trade unions to the new reality and the development of strategies for an effective response to the challenges of the time.
The forum was solemnly opened by the FNPR chairman Sergey Chernogaev.
The business program includes presentations by renowned experts. Participants will discuss future scenarios, problem areas and growth opportunities, as well as exchange best practices at the “Standing Trade Union Conference” venues.
At the opening of the forum, the general partners were presented, among whom was the Trade Union organization of “KAMAZ”. Greeting the participants, Ildar Shamilov noted the importance of this event and spoke about an important milestone: this year, the Trade Union organization of “KAMAZ” celebrates its 55th anniversary. A large-scale celebratory event for the anniversary will take place on December 2.
The business program of the forum is scheduled for two days. Tomorrow, October 9, Ildar Shamilov will speak at the “After the Special Military Operation” platform, where the topic will be employment for veterans of the special military operation. In addition, as part of the event, the traditional award ceremony for the winners of the main trade union prize of the year, “Trade Union Vanguard,” will take place.
