A building will be constructed in the South-Eastern Administrative Okrug of the capital for implementation purposes renovation programs. An urban development plan for the land plot has already been issued for it. This was stated by the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the city’s Department of Urban Development Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.
“A residential building with an area of up to 21,000 square meters will be constructed on a 0.48-hectare site in compliance with all modern standards. It will feature ergonomic apartment layouts and high-quality finishing. Spacious lobbies and storage areas will be organized on the first floors. In addition, premises will be allocated for everyday demand facilities: pharmacies, coffee shops, and household services. This combination of well-thought-out infrastructure and quality solutions will create a truly comfortable living environment,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The facility will be built near the Lefortovo metro station and the Sortirovochnaya station of the third Moscow Central Diameter. It will be located at the address: Storozhevaya Street, land plot No. 30/3.
The urban development plan for the land plot is one of the key documents required for constructing buildings. It contains detailed information about what can be built on the plot, as well as the maximum parameters of permitted construction.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It affects about one million Muscovites and involves the relocation of 5,176 buildings. Earlier, the Mayor of Moscow instructed to increase the pace of the program’s implementation in twice. He also spoke about the implementation of the renovation program in Ryazan district.
