Workshop Participants
Vice-Rector for Youth Policy Elena Alexandrova and the head of the international activities department Shuainat Ahmadulaeva On October 1–2, they participated in a seminar on youth policy and educational activities, which took place at the N. A. Dobrolyubov Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University. The seminar’s topic was involving foreign students in youth policy and educational activities.
Twenty vice-rectors and other specialists responsible for the implementation of youth policy and educational activities from nine universities and one branch took part in the seminar.
Participants discussed international cooperation in the field of youth policy and work with talented youth, international dialogue platforms for youth within SCO, BRICS, and the EAEU, tools for creating a multicultural youth environment, and support for youth public activity. In addition, they exchanged experiences of working with foreign students and outlined ways of interaction in this area.
Elena Alexandrova spoke about the results of the seminar: “New ideas and joint projects have emerged, for example, trips for foreign students across Russia. I hope we will implement this project together with Nizhny Novgorod, as well as with other cities and universities.”
