Three rooms free assignment were put up for city auctions in the Vostochnoye Izmaylovo district. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“At city auctions, entrepreneurs can find real estate both for starting their own business and for expanding an existing one. For example, on Pervomayskaya Street in the Vostochnoye Izmaylovo district, three non-residential premises with areas ranging from 48.7 to 53.6 square meters are available. Their unrestricted designation allows for consideration of various types of operations — from a creative workshop to a shoe repair point or a tailor’s studio. Such enterprises complement the everyday service infrastructure of the district. Applications for participation in the auctions are accepted until October 29, and the open auctions will take place on November 10,” Kirill Purtov noted.
The objects are located in the basement of a residential building at: 76 Pervomayskaya Street.
The trades will take place on the electronic platform “Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
