The government has expanded the list of equipment under the mechanism of increased advance payments for the procurement of industrial products.

The validity period of the mechanism for increased prepayment of industrial product purchases amounting to at least 80% of the contract price has been extended until 2030, and the list of such products has been expanded by 22 items. The resolution on this was signed by the Chairman of the Government, Mikhail Mishustin.

“This measure will help increase the financial stability of companies in the machine tool industry, the lifting and transport equipment sectors, and industrial robotics,” noted Mikhail Mishustin at at the Government meeting on September 30.

The list also includes belt and roller conveyors, lifts, equipment and tools for soldering and welding, machines and devices for gas thermal spraying, 3D scanners, lasers, industrial robots, robotic devices, and complexes. The procurement of such equipment is planned to take place in 2026–2030.

The mechanism of increased advance payments for the procurement of industrial products was introduced at the end of 2022 as part of support measures for manufacturers of machine tool industry, and was later extended to other sectors of industrial production.
