Another educational complex will be built in the Kommunarka area. The works are planned to be completed in 2029. Sergey Sobyanin announced this on his channel on in the messenger “Max”.
“Another educational complex is being built in block 226. It will be able to accommodate 1600 schoolchildren and 350 toddlers. Individual interior designs have been provided for each age group. The building will have classrooms, laboratory and research complexes, creative workshops, a culinary studio, rooms for working with wood and metal, a swimming pool, music and sports halls,” wrote Sergei Sobyanin.

The central element of the new complex will be a multifunctional multi-light space. It can be used as a concert venue, a hall for all-school meetings, and a place for socializing.
Next to the building, two outdoor amphitheaters, a garden-kitchen, playgrounds, as well as a sports core with exercise equipment and fields for team games will be arranged. After classes, the sports infrastructure will also be accessible to residents of the district.
A total of in Kommunarka since the beginning of 2026 have been built and put into operation five educational institutions. One of them is the ‘Eclectica’ complex, which opened on September 1 on Kuprin Avenue (building 9a). It is designed to accommodate 1400 schoolchildren and 300 kindergarten pupils.
