In the courtyard areas of the capital, new outdoor boxing platforms have appeared after improvements. The sports zones were equipped with punching bags, pull-up bars, parallel bars, strength-training machines, and obstacle courses. This was reported by in the Moscow urban economy complex.
For example, on Beskudnikovsky Boulevard, a workout area was set up with monkey bars, inclined benches for sit-ups, pull-up bars, and parallel bars. It was complemented by a suspended punching bag for functional training. A new injury-safe surface was laid in the area.
On Dubninskaya Street in the Vostochnoye Degunino district, the sports ground was completely renovated and the surface was replaced. Boxing bags and pull-up bars were installed here, as well as the “Russian Ninja” complex, which allows training grip strength and coordination of movements.
Two hanging boxing bags have appeared on 1812 Street in Dorogomilovo. Sports areas with pull-up bars, boxing equipment, and table tennis tables have been set up here. Residents can combine exercises on the pull-up bars with working out on the boxing bags.
On Malaya Tulskaya Street in the Danilovsky district, the sports zone was also renovated after the landscaping. Specialists installed a universal sports and gymnastic complex, abdominal exercise machines, pull-up bars of various heights, and a hanging punching bag.
