Local projects are also being implemented — currently, in Troitsk, the extension of Oktyabrsky Prospekt to Kaluzhskoye Highway is in progress. The length of the new road will be approximately 2.5 kilometers, and it will be four lanes wide. At present, its construction readiness is almost one-third complete. Specialists continue to work on rearranging existing and laying new engineering communications, after which they will begin paving the road surface. The commissioning of the facility is planned for next year,” noted Vladimir Yefimov.
The main road will connect Professor Letokhov Street and Bolshaya Oktyabrskaya Street, as well as Sadovaya Street with Akademik Khariton Street. Additional exits will be arranged for residents of the private sector of Troitsk.
“In the Troitsk area, two more transport projects have been implemented recently. Earlier, traffic was opened on the main district-level street from Dalnyaya Street to Promyshlennaya Street. In September, Akademik Cherenkov Street was extended to Kaluzhskoye Highway. In addition, additional adjacent road sections were constructed,” added the head of the Moscow Department of Transport and Engineering Infrastructure Construction.
“Moscow’s control” and State Construction Supervision Committee (Mosgosstroynadzor) accompany the project’s implementation from the preparatory stage to acceptance. Thus, at the road facility, inspectors have already conducted 13 supervisory activities. According to the chairman of Mosgosstroynadzor Anton Slobodchikov, specialists evaluated the quality of the completed structures and the materials used for compliance with the project requirements.
