The apartment building project has been approved by renovation program in the Golyanovo district at the address: 52 Amurskaya Street. This was reported by the chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects (Moskomexpertiza) Ivan Shcherbakov.

“A positive conclusion of the state examination has been issued for the project of a residential building with 158 apartments, which is planned to be constructed on Amurskaya Street in the east of the capital as part of the renovation program. The building will appear on the site of a resettled five-story building built in 1966,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.

The area of the plot where the building will be located is 4.3 thousand square meters, and the building footprint is 2.2 thousand square meters. The adjacent territory will be comprehensively landscaped and greened.

According to the documentation, the building will be a single-section one, with a total apartment area exceeding 10,000 square meters. They will be handed over with a finished interior, completed using high-quality, wear-resistant, and durable materials.

On the first floor, a convenient entrance to the residential part of the building will be equipped with a spacious lobby, a stroller room, and a concierge room. In addition, public and commercial premises with a total area of 382 square meters are designed, with separate entrances from the street.

The project envisions the creation of a barrier-free environment according to the standards of the renovation program both in the adjacent outdoor area and in the common areas inside the building.

The new house will fit into the existing development of the neighborhood with well-developed urban infrastructure. Nearby this location are educational and healthcare institutions, stores, household services, sports facilities, parks, and squares. It is within walking distance to the “Shchyolkovskaya” station of the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya metro line.

Former Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov noted that in August, seven houses were completed in the capital for implementation of the renovation program.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and involves the relocation of 5,176 houses. Previously, Sergey Sobyanin instructed to increase the pace of the renovation program’s implementation in two times. He also said that in August a new facility opened in Moscow second queue a factory for the production of prefab structures for the accelerated construction of residential buildings, including for the implementation of the renovation program.
