The event was attended by the Governor of Vladimir Oblast, Alexander Avdeev, First Deputy General Director of PJSC KAMAZ – Executive Director Irek Gumerov, Chairman of the auto giant’s trade union Ildar Shamilov, and General Director of JSC Muromteplovoz Vilsor Khaliullin. Congratulating the plant workers on the anniversary, the honorable guests noted the significant contribution of the team to the development of domestic mechanical engineering.

May your story continue!” – noted Irek Gumerov, congratulating the team.
“Behind this anniversary are the people who experienced revolutions, wars, perestroika, and revival together with the factory; veterans who preserved traditions; young specialists who believed in the enterprise’s new life; the management of KAMAZ and the regional government, who did not allow unique competencies to disappear. Today, about 400 people work at the factory. The enterprise not only maintains its significance, it confidently looks ahead, remaining an important support of domestic industry and an example of responsible commitment to work. Deep respect to the veterans who laid the foundation of this success and endured the most difficult years together with the factory. I would especially warmly note that a trade union organization is actively developing at the enterprise—it turned two years old this March. Although this period is still short, the very fact of its formation and growth speaks of the team’s cohesion and the willingness of people to stick together and move forward.”, – emphasized Ildar Shamilov, wishing the team to never lose their inner strength, to remain true to the best traditions, and to boldly conquer new horizons.
“Our current task is to turn the site into a modern industrial park for the production of products that will be in demand. In addition, we must not forget about attracting new personnel. To this end, within the framework of the federal project ‘Professionalitet’ under the national project ‘Youth and Children,’ a training center has been established in the city to train young specialists without interrupting production. During the event, awards were presented. Four employees of the enterprise were recognized with Letters of Appreciation from the Government of the Vladimir Region for their achievements and conscientious work. In addition, for many years of fruitful work, professional merits, and in connection with the 110th anniversary since the founding of JSC “Muromteplovoz,” the entire factory team was commended by the Letter of Appreciation from the General Director of PJSC “KAMAZ.”
The Director General of JSC “Muromteplovoz”, Vilsor Khaliullin, was awarded the State Corporation “Rostec” Medal “For Distinction”. Other outstanding employees of the company were also recognized. The celebratory event concluded with a concert program.
Today, JSC “Muromteplovoz” is one of the leading enterprises possessing unique design, technological, and production potential, guaranteeing reliability and high product quality. It was founded in 1916 in Murom. The early 2020s became a difficult period for the plant. In March 2024, the enterprise was transferred under the management of PJSC “KAMAZ.” Today, the workforce has grown by 30%. The plant is integrated into the production system of the automotive giant, manufacturing components and parts for the assembly line. A Murom Industrial Park is being created on the available premises.
