The new residential complex (RC), built under the renovation program, is located on Ryazansky Prospekt (building 49).

A monolithic residential complex, consisting of three buildings, was constructed according to a custom design. The building harmoniously fit into the district’s development. It is located a 10–15 minute walk from the Stakhanovskaya and Okskaya stations of the Nekrasovskaya metro line, Plushchevo of the third. Moscow Central Diameter (MCD-3) and Chuklinka MCD-4. Nearby are also the “Plyushchevo” and “Raketa” squares, the Kuskovsky forest park, schools, kindergartens, healthcare institutions, stores, sports clubs, and catering establishments.

For the exterior finishing of the building facades, specialists used a ventilated curtain wall system with cladding of porcelain stoneware tiles and chrysotile cement panels. The combination of contrasting white and brown shades makes the appearance of the new building expressive. The loggias are glazed, and boxes for air conditioners have been installed.

The monolithic seamless structure provides high strength, durability, and resistance of the building to external influences. Due to the absence of joints, heat loss is reduced, and the apartments maintain a comfortable microclimate throughout the year. The service life of such a house exceeds 100 years.

The new building has 564 apartments with a total area of 31.8 thousand square meters. Improved finishing of the premises and common areas is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Moscow renovation standard. The apartments are equipped with modern plumbing, electric stoves, lighting fixtures, interior and entrance doors. The windows are fitted with double-glazed units and security locks.

The building received a high energy efficiency rating. It is connected to an individual heating unit and is also equipped with an automated system for monitoring and accounting for energy consumption. This will help reduce operating costs and utility bills.

Some apartments are equipped for people with disabilities: the width of corridors and doorways has been increased, and special handrails are provided in bathrooms and toilets. A barrier-free environment has been created for people with limited mobility and parents with strollers. The building is equipped with 16 elevators. In the lobbies of the residential section, technical rooms, mailboxes, concierge rooms, and storage rooms for strollers and bicycles are located.

On the non-residential first floor, there are premises for shops and service enterprises. In the courtyard of the residential complex, five children’s playgrounds and four sports grounds have been arranged, as well as a quiet relaxation area. For the comfort and safety of residents, modern lighting systems have been installed and video cameras set up.

In the Ryazan district, 72 buildings are included in the renovation program. Approximately 14,300 people are expected to move into the new apartments, which is almost every eighth resident of the district.
