And in the sports zone on Beskudnikovsky Boulevard, monkey bars, inclined benches for abdominal exercises, and a hanging boxing bag have been equipped.
The sports infrastructure is complemented by outdoor exercise equipment. For example, in the sports area located on Ladozhskaya Street, pull-up bars, Swedish walls, a basketball hoop, and exercise machines have been installed. The equipment allows for various types of workouts.
Hockey rinks and running tracks
Sports grounds in courtyards can change their purpose depending on the season. For example, for the residents of the Yuzhnoportovy district, the hockey rink was renovated and its fencing replaced. In the warm season, mini-football can be played here, and in winter — ice skating.
In the renovated areas, one can not only engage in sports games and perform strength exercises but also train endurance. For example, in Ozerkovsky Lane, a running track and a functional training zone have been equipped, with sports complexes, pull-up bars, and parallel bars located nearby.
Sports and recreation near home
In the courtyards of Moscow, spaces for various types of active recreation are appearing — from football and basketball to individual workouts. These spaces allow people to engage in sports close to their homes. In Ozerkovsky Lane, the sports infrastructure has been complemented by quiet relaxation zones. And on Zatsepa Street, next to the sports grounds, a place for calm relaxation has been equipped with park swings and pergolas.
