More than 8.2 billion rubles will be additionally allocated for pension provision for citizens living in the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. The order was signed by the Chairman of the Government Mikhail Mishustin.

Funds are provided in the federal budget and will be allocated to the regions in the form of subsidies. Thanks to them, payments of pensions assigned under regional legislation will be ensured in the fourth quarter.

Speaking about the decision made at Government meeting on September 17, Mikhail Mishustin noted that more than 16 billion rubles were allocated this year for the pension provision of residents of the new regions.
