The specialists have now completed the work on the arch — this is a cultural heritage site of regional significance. It has been restored to an expressive appearance: the facade and the roof, the doors and the railings of the observation deck were renovated, and lighting was added.

A new landscaped area with walking paths and resting spots has appeared nearby. More than 15,000 perennial flowering plants were planted here, including roses, hydrangeas, conifers, and art objects were also installed.

“By the end of the year, we plan to complete the restoration of the historic fence of Gorky Park, which forms a unified architectural ensemble with the arch. At the same time, we will open the main entrance to visitors,” added Sergey Sobyanin.

The well-maintained area in front of the main entrance already attracts the attention of park visitors.
