Entrepreneurs can purchase 14 commercial premises at auctions for general purposes in Yuzhnoye Butovo. This was reported by the head of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Commercial premises in residential complexes are attractive to businesses due to their location in areas with potentially high foot traffic. Currently, investors can compete in auctions for 14 units in a modern apartment building in Yuzhnoye Butovo. The premises are situated in a neighborhood with well-developed social infrastructure: nearby there are schools, hospitals, and park areas. The area of the free-purpose units ranges from 45.2 to 165.7 square meters. They can be used for opening fitness studios, beauty salons, retail outlets, or cafés with coworking spaces,” noted Kirill Purtev.
The premises are located on the first floor of building 15 on Chechersky Passage and have separate entrances.
The residential complex in Southern Butovo was built in 2025 as part of the capital’s renovation programs. The construction of such houses also implies providing residents with the necessary infrastructure within walking distance: the first floors are pre-allocated for non-residential premises, where stores, service organizations, leisure facilities, and other everyday demand objects can be located. The complex built on Chechersky Passage is in the process of being settled. This creates a steady flow of potential customers and stable consumer demand. Therefore, the premises located on the first floors may be of interest to entrepreneurs. They meet modern requirements for commercial real estate, and also provide the possibility of connection to main engineering communications,” she added Ekaterina Solovyova, Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Moscow Department of City Property.
Applications for participation are accepted until September 28. Open auctions will be held on October 6 at the venue “Roseltorg”. The real estate seller is a subsidiary institution under the Moscow Department of City Property State enterprise “Civil Construction Management.” To join the bidding, it is necessary to register and have an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
