Beijing, September 16 /Xinhua/ — The Chinese side urges the Philippines to abide by the One-China principle through practical actions and to refrain from any steps that may cause further damage to China-Philippines relations, said Guo Jiakun, an official spokesperson of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on Wednesday.
