On September 11, 2026, the debut placement of green bonds by the development company LLC “Setl Group” took place on the Moscow Exchange. The placement volume of the issue amounted to 5.0 billion rubles. Trading in the securities began on the same day.

Moscow Exchange has included the bond issue of LLC “Setl Group” in the second-level quotation list, as well as in the Sustainable Development Sector. As part of the issue, “Setl Group” raised funds to refinance expenses for the construction of apartment buildings with an energy efficiency class of A+.

The bond maturity period is 3 years and 4 months (1200 days), and the coupon rate is floating, calculated according to the formula: the key rate of the Bank of Russia plus a fixed value of 2.85%.

The issuance of green bonds by LLC “Setl Group” complies with Russian standards for green projects in the field of “Construction of energy-efficient buildings and structures,” which allows banks to apply reduced risk coefficients to such securities.

Dmitry Taskin, Director on the development of the primary bond market of the Moscow Exchange:
“The sustainable development sector of the Moscow Exchange is actively growing. Over the first eight months of 2026, companies attracted 115 billion rubles — 3.4 times more than during the same period last year. The increased interest in such instruments is largely due to the stimulating market regulation that came into force in July 2025. The sustainable development sector, launched on the Moscow Exchange in 2019, allows companies to attract targeted financing for the implementation of projects in the field of sustainable development, while investors can direct funds towards environmentally and socially significant initiatives. The debut of LLC ‘Setl Group’ confirms the growing interest of companies in sustainable finance instruments.”

Issue verifier – JSC “Expert RA”, ESG consultants – JSC “Bank DOM.RF” and PJSC “Sovcombank”.
