Beijing, September 15 /Xinhua/ — China hopes that the Japan-China Friendship Parliamentarians’ Union will adhere to its tradition of friendship with China, demonstrate a sense of responsibility and commitment to the cause, and create conditions for bringing bilateral relations back on the right track, said Guo Jiacun, an official spokesperson of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on Tuesday.
