On September 16, Russia celebrates HR Manager Day. On this occasion, the State Budgetary Institution “Small business of Moscow“(MBM) is organizing the conference ‘HR-mania: how to find, motivate, and retain the best’ for entrepreneurs, managers, and HR specialists.
The conference will open with a session titled “People as a Driver of Business Growth.” In it, the HR director of the Russian social network for business communication, Boris Kolchugin, will outline HR trends and explain how businesses can adapt to them. The founder of a consulting company, Andrey Badin, will dedicate his speech to the impact of artificial intelligence on business processes and the role of HR leaders. Next, communication expert Yulia Chernykh will talk about how to interact with Zoomers, Millennials, and Generation X representatives.
The second session — “How to Build a Team That Stays” — will be dedicated to motivation and retention of specialists. Certified sales trainer and Skolkovo Technopark pre-accelerator tracker Alena Melnik will explain why the best employees leave and how to keep key specialists in the team.
The discussion about the role of a manager in employee retention will be continued by Nikolay Mitrofanov, the founder of a training organization. He will talk about the skills managers need to develop for successful teamwork. Then, Maria Smirnova, an HR business partner at an IT company, will share tools for retaining specialists, and Leonid Khlebnikov, the head of a company specializing in parquet flooring, will provide practical experience in solving this issue.
The business program will conclude with the session “The Future of Team Management.” In it, Vadim Morozov, director of a personnel agency, will talk about approaches to comprehensive candidate assessment. And Elina Kuesta, CEO of a recommendation recruitment service, will reveal methods for finding strong specialists. Afterwards, participants will be invited to networking.
The conference “HRmania: how to find, motivate and retain the best” will take place from 11:00 to 16:00 in the “Meeting Point” business space of the “Moscow” business center at the address: 2 Okhotny Ryad Street, entrance 3, fifth floor, “Moscow” hall. Participation is free, but prior registration is required at MBM portal.
