Put up for city auction non-residential premises for business, located on Gogolevsky Boulevard. This was reported by the head of the Department of the City of Moscow for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Locating a business in historical buildings can positively impact the promotion of the company and its appeal to employees and clients. Currently, a commercial property on Gogolevsky Boulevard in the Arbat district is available for purchase at an open auction. The non-residential object, with an area of 172.2 square meters, has flexible use. It can be turned into a contemporary art gallery, a designer clothing store, or a multifunctional space with a coffee shop, library, and coworking area. Applications for participation in the auction can be submitted until October 13,” noted Kirill Purtev.
The property is located at 23 Gogolevsky Boulevard. It is a basement space in a five-story apartment building, which has been recognized as a historically valuable city-forming object. The real estate seller is Department of City Property of Moscow.
The auction will take place on October 22 on the electronic platform “Roseltorg”. Participants will need to register in the system and have an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
