In the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts, 63 residential buildings will be renovated this year as part of the regional capital repair program for apartment buildings. This was reported by Moscow’s urban economy complex.

The oldest house

In the Vnukovo area, a two-story apartment building located at: DSK Michurinets settlement, Pogodina Street, house 1 will be renovated. It was built in 1957 based on an individual design. This is the oldest building in the district included in the major renovation program.

It has a simple shape, facades with simple plasticity and decorative elements: a crowning cornice, window surrounds, and sandriks. This year, the facade and basement of the building will be renovated, and engineering systems will be replaced.

Specialists from the Moscow Capital Repair Fund (FKR) developed an individual project, selected modern technologies and domestic materials. The facade repair began with cleaning and washing the exposed surfaces; the damp areas were treated with antifungal compositions. Then they restored the plaster layer and painted the facade according to the color scheme in the historic color “ochre sienna.” In addition, the basement rooms will be repaired and the electrical network, central heating systems, sewage, and cold water supply will be updated.

The tallest building

In the Vnukovo area, the tallest of the buildings undergoing repairs, located at Izvarinskaya Street, building 3, block 3, will be restored. The 17-story apartment building was constructed in 1989 based on a modification of a standard series project. The building has a simple shape, and the facades feature a simple form without decorative elements.

Specialists from the Moscow FCR have already replaced the electrical networks and moved on to updating the facade and roof, clearing and washing the exposed surfaces. In addition, the panel joints have been repaired, and the areas with water seepage have been treated with antifungal compounds.

Next, craftsmen will repair the plaster layer and paint the building in the colors “signal white” and “English red.” The entrance groups, window sills, slopes, plinth, building blind area, and roof covering will also be updated.

The longest house

The longest building by number of entrances in TiNAO is located at: the resort settlement “Voronovo”, house 6. This five-story apartment building was constructed in 1982 according to a custom design. The building has a simple form with eight entrances, and the facades have a simple plasticity, without decorative elements.

Specialists have already begun updating the facade, roof, entrances, and basement, as well as replacing the engineering systems. After cleaning and washing the exposed surfaces of the facade, the building made of unpainted reinforced concrete with stone chips was treated with antifungal agents. Next, the surfaces were waterproofed to protect the facade from the aggressive effects of atmospheric precipitation, and the panel joints were repaired.

Some sections of the entrance groups will be painted in the colors “brown yellowphiole” and “signal white.” In addition, the entrance groups, the plinth and the blind area of the building, the entrances, and the basements will be repaired, and a modern roofing material will be laid on the roof.

The craftsmen will also update the electrical network, the main central water supply, drainage, cold and hot water supply systems.
