Based on the letter received from the Joint Stock Company “Sberbank CIB” and in accordance with Part I. General Part of the Rules for Trading on the Stock Market, Deposit Market, and Credit Market of the Public Joint Stock Company “Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS,” approved by the Supervisory Board decision on May 15, 2026 (Protocol No. 17), clauses 1.7.2, 1.8.5, 1.8.8, 1.8.10, and 1.8.11 of Part II. Stock Market Section of the Rules for Trading on the Stock Market, Deposit Market, and Credit Market of the Public Joint Stock Company “Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS,” approved by the Supervisory Board decision on January 23, 2026 (Protocol No. 11), the following conditions, time, term, and procedure for submitting applications with activation date and conclusion of deals with bonds structured as non-documentary non-convertible secured series CIB-SN-IND-001S-309 of the Joint Stock Company “Sberbank CIB” are established.

Withdrawal of applications is permitted during the application collection period, on the activation date within the application collection period, as well as during the application collection and trading period during the placement of Exchange Bonds.
The seller of the Exchange Bonds will be JSC “Sberbank CIB” (trading system identifier – MC0005500000) (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
Placement price: The placement price of bonds is set at 1,000 rubles per Exchange bond (100% of the nominal value of the Exchange bond).
The size of one lot in the Trading Mode “Placement: Addressed Orders” is equal to 1 Exchange Bond.
Applications for the purchase of Exchange Bonds during the preliminary subscription period must be submitted with the following mandatory details:

  • activation date (this application field is filled automatically in the “DDMMYYYY” format by the Trading System);
  • the number of securities in lots (the maximum number of securities that a potential buyer would like to purchase);
  • calculation code;
  • other mandatory details established by the Trading Rules;
  • price as a percentage of the nominal value.

Applications for the purchase of Exchange Bonds during the placement period are submitted with the following mandatory details:

  • the number of securities in lots (the maximum number of securities that the potential buyer would like to purchase);
  • payment code;
  • other mandatory details established by the Trading Rules;
  • the price as a percentage of the nominal value.

The activation date is the start date for the placement of Exchange Bonds (18.09.2026).

Based on the emission documents, when placing securities, it is prohibited to submit applications and conduct transactions on behalf of Trading Participants, as well as on behalf of Clients of Trading Participants, if such persons are associated with a foreign state included in the List of foreign states and territories performing unfriendly actions against the Russian Federation, Russian legal entities and individuals, approved by the Directive of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 05.03.2022 No. 430-r (as amended on the date of application submission), or are controlled by such persons, except for controlled foreign companies in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 05.03.2022 No. 95 “On the temporary procedure for fulfilling obligations to certain foreign creditors”.
