Put up for public auctions five non-residential premises free use in the Nekrasovka district. They can be purchased for business organization by both legal entities and individuals. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Nekrasovka is a rapidly developing district of the capital, where several favorable factors for entrepreneurs come together: a relatively low entry barrier to business and an active inflow of residents, which creates a stable demand for goods, works, and services. Premises for opening your own business here can be purchased at city auctions. This can be done by both legal entities and individuals, including individual entrepreneurs. Currently, auction participants have access to five premises in a building on Marshala Eremenko Street. They range in size from 68.8 to 96.2 square meters and have unrestricted designation. Thus, various projects can be implemented in them — from a cafe or beauty salon to a family creativity studio,” said Kirill Purtov.
The properties are located at: 3 Marshal Eremenko Street, building 2. They are situated on the first floor of a multi-apartment building and have separate entrances from the street. The real estate is being sold by the metropolitan Department of Urban Property.
The application period for participation in the auctions will end on October 6. The auctions will take place on October 15 on the online platform “Roseltorg.” Registration and a strengthened qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
The capital auctions various assets: non-residential premises, buildings, parking spaces, land plots, and other objects.
