Last week, a delegation from the State Scientific Center FSUE “TsNIIchermet named after I.P. Bardin” paid a business visit to PJSC “KAMAZ”.
The delegation includes Sergey Manegin, Deputy General Director for Production and Director of the Scientific and Production Center of Powder Metallurgy; Alexander Pavlov, Deputy General Director for Scientific Activities; Anton Koldaev, Director of the Scientific Center for Automotive Industry Steels, and others. The guests were accompanied by Vladimir Ivanyk, Head of the Machine-Building Complex Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as representatives of leading enterprises of Tatarstan.
The main purpose of the visit was negotiations on cooperation, which took place at the Kamaz Scientific and Technical Center. The negotiations involved Kamaz’s chief technologist – Director of the Technology Center Nail Zamaliyev, PAO Kamaz’s chief metallurgist Ernst Zakirov, PAO Kamaz’s chief designer of innovative vehicles Sergey Nazarenko, and specialists from the automotive giant.
During the visit, the guests familiarized themselves with the exhibition of modern KAMAZ vehicles organized at the R&D site of the Research and Technology Center, and participated in a test drive of KAMAZ automotive equipment.
