The center hosts an open university for developing the skills of the modern person, where trainings are held to acquire supraprofessional competencies. Participants can expand their knowledge of current labor market trends, learn how to navigate job searches and interviews, and also learn how to compose effective résumés. Special attention is given to computer literacy and the development of flexible skills that meet the current demands of employers.

For Muscovites who have chosen the entrepreneurial path, a center is open “My Job” at Shabolovka. Support is available at all stages — from idea development to scaling a finished business.
Experts assist with business planning, legal issues, registration, and initial sales. Program participants receive not only a course of action but also practical tools, professional connections, and access to the business community.
Career guidance for schoolchildren
The city pays special attention to future personnel. For ninth-grade students, a comprehensive career guidance program is implemented in partnership with Moscow colleges. Teenagers can get acquainted with professions through innovative technologies — a 5D cinema and a VR simulator, take career guidance testing followed by a consultation with a career counselor, and also communicate with representatives of the colleges.
Starting this year, students of grades 10-11 in the socio-economic, humanitarian, and universal profiles of Moscow schools can also participate in the program. Career guidance helps high school students to develop a preparation plan for university admission and building their future career.
