We inform you that in accordance with subparagraph 1.1.1.20 of paragraph 1.1.1 and paragraph 1.2.9 of Part I General Provisions of the Rules for Trading on the Stock Market, Deposit Market, and Credit Market of PJSC “Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS”, approved by the decision of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Moscow Exchange on May 15, 2026 (Protocol No. 17), and in connection with the upcoming cessation of trading, the following has been established:
1. When submitting applications for entering into transactions with the following securities:

From September 7, 2026, the allowable settlement codes are those that provide for the execution of transactions no later than December 2, 2026.
2. From September 7, 2026, the row of Table 1-O (Bonds D) “Trading modes available for bonds and CSU when concluding transactions in the Stock Market Section and the REPO Market Section” of the appendix to the Additional Conditions for Trading on the Stock Market, approved by Order No. MB-P-2026-2519 dated 06/19/2026 (with amendments and additions), shall be amended as follows:

1 – Trading does not take place on the bond maturity date.
5 – Evening additional trading session.
7 – Morning additional trading session.

The specified restrictions apply on the days when the Main trading session is held. On the days when the Additional weekend trading session is held, the restrictions of the day on which the Main trading session of the Trading Day, of which this Additional weekend trading session is a part, takes place, apply, see Trading Calendar — Moscow Exchange | Markets.
