Winners of the “#ChoosingTogether2026 — Moscow” campaign of the “Million Prizes” program can use the prize points won in the draws to top up their “Troika” transport card. This offer remains one of the most popular among program participants: over the past years, it has been used more than 1.5 million times.
The ‘Troika’ has become a universal tool for city residents. The card allows not only payment for public transport rides, including trips on river electric vessels, but also access to the Moscow Zoo, the cable car, and many city events.
You can top up the “Troika” card balance using reward points on the website ag-vmeste.ru. In the “Rewards” section, you need to select the “Transport” category, review the conditions, enter the amount and the 10-digit number shown on the back of the card, and then click “Place order.” After that, the “Troika” card will be topped up remotely with the chosen amount. You can activate it, for example, when passing through the metro turnstile or a validator in surface transport.
Prize points from the “Million Prizes” can be used to obtain discount promo codes in pharmacies, supermarkets, clothing and footwear stores, tickets to museums, and much more. Additionally, the points can be used to top up the “Troika” card. They can also be directed to charity.
Participate in the campaign “#ChoosingTogether2026 — Moscow” programs “Million Prizes” will be able to voters who vote online on elec.mos.ru or using an electronic terminal in the State Duma elections from September 18 to 20. All participants will receive at least one thousand prize points. Prizes worth three, 10, and 50 thousand points will also be drawn. The draws will take place on September 19, 20, and 21.
Participants in the draws will include not only Muscovites but also voters from other regions of the country who decided to vote at their place of residence using terminals at polling stations in the capital.
