Entrepreneurs can compete in the city auctions for four commercial premises with an area ranging from 140.7 to 272.6 square meters. The properties are located in the Left-Bank district, near the Belomorskaya metro station. This was reported by Kirill Purtov, the head of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy.
“Entrepreneurs can purchase commercial real estate directly from the city, selecting a property according to the business’s necessary parameters: area, location, and other characteristics. Currently, investors can compete in open auctions for four spacious premises ranging from 140.7 to 272.6 square meters. They are located in a multi-apartment building in the Levoberezhny district near the Belomorskaya metro station. The non-residential properties have free-use designation, which allows for the placement of beauty salons, retail outlets, restaurants, fitness centers, and other establishments. Application campaigns will be held from September 17 to 29,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located at 49 Smolnaya Street, situated on the second floor, and have separate entrances. The seller of the property is the metropolitan Department of City Property.
The auctions will be held on September 29 and October 8 on the online platform “Roseltorg.” Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required to participate.
