Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, within the framework of the third day of the Eastern Economic Forum, inspected the exhibition display featuring the booths of leading companies of the region and the country, as well as key investment projects of the Far Eastern Federal District.

At the VEB.RF Development Institute booth, the Vice Premier was shown a platform for conducting business sessions and interviews on education, economic support and investments, improving well-being, and the development of creative industries.

The company “Elga,” specializing in coal mining and transportation, showed Alexander Novak a model of the educational complex already put into operation in Yakutia.

The energy company RusHydro presented a model of the Nizhne-Zeyskaya HPP – a prospective hydroelectric facility in the Amur region. The project involves the construction of a plant with an installed capacity of 428 MW and an average annual production of 2.252 billion kWh.

Alexander Novak also familiarized himself with the work of the multi-format platform “Soul of Russia,” which combines an exhibition display, multimedia formats of information presentation, as well as samples of goods produced by domestic craftsmen.

As part of the exhibition, the Deputy Prime Minister was shown the operation of the REC stands, where goods of Russian production can be purchased online, including cosmetics, dietary supplements, and agricultural products. At the site of the Russian international payments company “A7,” Alexander Novak participated in a tea ceremony.

The Deputy Prime Minister visited the “Territory of Innovation” – a thematic zone created for dialogue and discussion of current trends with leading experts in the field of innovation and digital transformation, where companies demonstrated to Alexander Novak developments in the field of unmanned aerial systems, AI-based video monitoring for construction sites, as well as computer games.
