At the “Belyayevo” gallery, a tour of the exhibition “Let’s Meet in the Center of the Hall” will be held for City Day. The exposition includes works by participants of the “Art in the Metro” project, which brought together more than 250 contemporary artists from various styles.
The main theme of the exhibition is the person in the metro. The authors focus on the everyday life of passengers, station architecture, and features of the transport space. In their works, they depict familiar situations: rides in carriages, waiting at the turnstiles, transfers, and meetings.
Visitors will see how artists convey the rhythm of city life through the characteristic gestures, poses, and activities of passengers — reading books, listening to music, or rushing to catch another route. The tour will help to view the metro not only as part of the transport infrastructure but also as a space of daily human stories and impressions.
