Put up for auctions five commercial premises on Dmitry Ulyanov Street. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“The basis for conducting any entrepreneurial activity is usually the availability of commercial premises. Such real estate can be purchased directly from the city by concluding a legally clean transaction. Various non-residential properties are regularly put up for auction, for example, right now in open auctions you can compete for five spacious commercial premises on Dmitry Ulyanov Street. The area of the multipurpose objects ranges from 177 to 329.1 square meters, allowing for offices, chain stores, gyms, and other business projects to be accommodated here. Applications for participation in the auctions will close between September 7 and 17,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The sites are located at the following addresses: Dmitry Ulyanov Street, building 23, block 2; building 27, block 1; building 30; and building 45. Four of them are on the ground floors of apartment buildings, and one is in a basement space.
Open auctions will be held from September 10 to 29 on the platform “Roseltorg”. The sellers are from the capital City Property Department and the subordinate organization “Civil Construction Department”. To participate, registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required.
