Chengdu, September 1 /Xinhua/ — On Monday, the bonded warehouse of Sichuan Changda Suyi International Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation at the integrated bonded zone of Tianfu International Airport in Chengdu /administrative center of Sichuan Province, Southwest China/, which will provide comprehensive services to participants in cross-border e-commerce between China and Russia.
The new bonded warehouse, covering about 15,000 square meters, is primarily aimed at meeting the needs of China-Russia cross-border trade. Operating under a “single window” system, this warehouse will provide services such as cargo consolidation, inventory, sorting, packaging, invoice labeling, and export declaration.
The CEO of Sichuan Changda Suyi International Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., Yan Xiaowen, noted that, relying on the air cargo resources of Tianfu International Airport, this bonded warehouse will enhance the efficiency of consolidation and turnover of goods within the framework of cross-border logistics from Sichuan Province to Russia and will provide supply chain services to export-oriented enterprises.
According to a representative of the department managing the comprehensive bonded zone of the new town administration of Tianfu International Airport, in the future, based on the operation of the bonded warehouse, cooperation in supply chains within the framework of China-Russia cross-border e-commerce will be expanded, and the potential of international logistics services focused on Russia and other global markets will be enhanced.
