M. Mishustin: Dear Alexander Grigoryevich!

I warmly welcome you to the House of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Your official visit to Russia has begun. Tomorrow you are scheduled to meet with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. I want to assure you that all decisions made at the highest level are executed by us.

My colleague Aleksandr Genrikhovich Turchin and I conducted a reconciliation of the entire bilateral agenda of the Union State, as well as on issues related to the Eurasian Economic Union.

I want to say that our mutual trade turnover is growing steadily: it has increased by 12.5% over five months. And I hope that, going forward, we will improve its structure along with the growth rates.

We do many projects together, in industrial cooperation. I know how you personally feel about this. We have many plans that are one way or another connected with industry and production. There are issues related to the digital agenda, electronics, issues of mutual recognition of electronic digital signatures. We have discussed tourism issues. The commuter trains were launched on your instructions and those of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. And we are considering many more projects.

We look forward to our joint events in Minsk.

On October 1, Belarus invited us to a meeting of the Union State Council of Ministers. The next day, there is a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council with the participation of the heads of governments of the EAEU member countries. Also, there is a major exhibition – “Innoprom. Belarus,” where we intend to conclude new agreements and contracts.

Dear Alexander Grigorievich, we have a large agenda. I want to assure you once again: the issues raised by our presidents are under constant government supervision.
