In the training classroom of LLC “SETrans” – a subsidiary of PJSC “KAMAZ” – training was completed on the program “Planning and Communication Tools for Managers.” Participants included maintenance station supervisors and heads of office departments.
Such grouping of employees into a single target audience is not accidental: service station masters work daily in close contact both with subordinates — mechanics and auto electricians engaged in repairing buses and electric buses — and with the key customer of KAMAZ automotive equipment in Moscow — the State Unitary Enterprise “Mosgortrans”. At the same time, office colleagues provide administrative, logistical, and engineering-technical support for these processes. Joint training made it possible to synchronize management approaches and establish a closer connection between production and the office.
The course program was built around the most relevant topics for managers: time management and proper prioritization, rules of effective communication within the team, task setting and control over their execution, the art of providing feedback, as well as prevention of emotional burnout. In addition, participants discussed how to clearly and accurately convey information about deadlines and work volumes, avoiding misunderstandings and building a trusting dialogue with colleagues both inside the company and externally. A separate module was dedicated to combating professional burnout: managers learned to recognize its signs in themselves and in employees, mastered techniques for restoring resourceful states under high stress conditions. The training was led by business trainer, psychologist, and public speaking expert Ekaterina Fazlyeva.
The group included managers with extensive managerial experience and those who are just beginning their journey in this role – for example, the senior foreman of the Upper Likhobory service station, Evgeny Davydov. He joined the company “SETrans” as a welder, was promoted to repair site foreman last year, and was recently transferred to the position of senior foreman. “Thank you for the opportunity to undergo this training. We received many practical tools that will help not only to effectively solve work tasks but also to preserve ourselves in the profession without burning out in a stressful position. During the training, it was possible to openly ask pressing questions, receive detailed feedback, and hear the opinions of the instructor and colleagues from other departments. The trainer demonstrated deep competence and mastery of various psychological techniques, which made the sessions highly practical. I am confident that such events need to be held regularly – this is a valuable contribution to the development of each of us and our overall team.”, – noted senior foreman Evgeny Davydov.
“The training showed that even experienced managers discover new aspects in familiar processes, while novice leaders gain a reliable support base for further growth. The company intends to make such training regular to strengthen the management team and raise the reliability standards required for urban transport service.”, he emphasized at the end of the training Head of the production training group at LLC “SETrans” Evgeny Rusin.
