A unique photo exhibition devoted to industrial design has opened on Nikitsky Boulevard. Until September 29, Muscovites and visitors to the capital can get acquainted with the projects — winners of the national award “Best Industrial Design of Russia” 2025. This was announced by the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. Anatoly Garbuzov.
The exhibition united advanced design solutions from the domestic industrial sector. It features 31 exhibits, including well-designed industrial spaces that integrate organically into the modern metropolis, ergonomic production equipment, high-tech gadgets, and original interior items.
“Industrial design is an important tool for the development of modern enterprises. It helps businesses create competitive products, enhancing their functionality, usability, and market recognition. Moscow is the center of industrial design in the country. Since 2023, the city has been hosting the ‘Best Industrial Design of Russia’ award, which has already earned respect from the expert community. The photo exhibition of last year’s winners in the capital is another opportunity to showcase to a wide audience that domestic factories produce high-tech, modern, and quality products,” noted Anatoly Garbuzov.
The “Best Industrial Design of Russia” award is held in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and is aimed at supporting domestic manufacturers and developing the culture of industrial design in the country. In 2024, according to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, the award was granted national status, which testifies to its high importance and recognition by the professional community. In 2025, more than 500 projects from 63 regions participated in the competition. The new 2026/2027 season will begin shortly, and up-to-date information can be followed on award website.
