Put up for open auctions two premises of free designation in Zelenograd. The area of the objects is 151.9 and 153.1 square meters. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Acquiring municipal real estate through open auctions can serve as a foundation for launching a new project or expanding an existing business. Currently, entrepreneurs are invited to participate in auctions for the sale of two commercial premises in Zelenograd. Each property has an area of over 150 square meters, allowing them to be adapted to various business needs depending on the investor’s concept. These spaces can house an office, store, beauty salon, or educational center. Applications to participate in the auctions are accepted until September 8,” noted Kirill Purtov.
Both premises are located on the first floor of an apartment building at the address: Zelenograd, building 2044. The auctions will take place on September 17 on the electronic platform “Roseltorg”. The seller is Department of City Property of Moscow. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
