In the Biryulyovo Zapadnoye district in the south of Moscow, comprehensive landscaping has been completed near building 1 on Kharkovskaya Street, which unites five blocks and 20 entrances. This building is the largest residential complex in the district.
Five playgrounds were renovated in the yard area, three recreation zones were created, and dozens of pieces of equipment and outdoor furniture were replaced. This was reported by in the urban management complex of Moscow.
To make outdoor games interesting for children of different ages, 69 play elements were installed on the renovated playgrounds, and instead of the previous surface, artificial grass with a total area of more than 1,600 square meters was laid.
For the comfort of the older generation, three quiet rest areas were renovated, where 23 pieces of outdoor furniture were replaced. Additionally, specialists replaced the furniture at the entrance groups and installed small architectural forms.
As part of the improvement project, more than 10,300 square meters of asphalt concrete pavement of driveways and sidewalks were renovated, and over 5.4 kilometers of curbstones were replaced.
Comprehensive yard renovation work began in the spring of 2026. As a result, residents of the longest building in the district received modern spaces for play and relaxation.
