Comprehensive courtyard improvement is continuing in the Kosino-Ukhtomsky district. Work is being carried out at several addresses simultaneously, including on Dmitrievsky and Svyatoozerskaya streets. This was reported by in the complex of urban economy of Moscow.
The main stages of improvement have been completed near houses 26 and 34 on Svyatoozerskaya Street. Here, the asphalt concrete pavement of sidewalks and driveways has been renewed, the children’s playground with play complexes for kids of different ages has been upgraded, and the curbstone has also been replaced.
Specialists will repair and improve five more courtyard areas of the block. Bright play zones with carousels, swings, and complexes for active games will appear here. For sports enthusiasts, workout areas will be made and exercise equipment for outdoor activities will be installed. In addition, a cozy rest area with benches and swings under a canopy will be arranged, decorated with a flower garden with perennials.
As a result, the courtyards will become modern, functional, and comfortable. Families will be able to spend time there together, relax, play, and engage in sports.
