Jilong /Xizang/, August 27 /Xinhua/ — Residents affected by the mudslide in Jilong County, Xizang Autonomous Region /Southwest China/, have been properly resettled, and all tourists who were trapped have been evacuated. This was reported by local authorities on Thursday.
A total of 499 local residents and construction workers were properly accommodated. In addition, under the coordination of the culture and tourism departments, 555 affected tourists were evacuated and transported to safe locations. There are no more tourists trapped.
