In the Vykhino-Zhulebino area of the South-Eastern Administrative Okrug (SEAO) by renovation program they built a residential building with an area of over 16 thousand square meters. This was reported by the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Department of Urban Development Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The residential complex is located at: Samarkandskiy Boulevard, building 15, block 4.
“The new building was constructed according to an individual project; it consists of two separately standing sections connected by a common stylobate. The building has 262 apartments, six of which have been adapted for residents with limited mobility. For convenience, the courtyard and entrances implement a barrier-free environment concept: to get from the street to the apartment, one doesn’t need to overcome stairs, thresholds, or other obstacles, and the first-floor level is even with the sidewalk. The surrounding area has been improved: the roadway and sidewalks were asphalted, plants were planted, children’s playgrounds, a sports area, and a relaxation space were arranged. The construction was carried out using quality materials and advanced engineering technologies. The building segments were manufactured at the “Module-555” prefab construction plant and delivered to the construction site ready-made, which allowed significantly reducing the building’s erection time. Currently, the plant’s second line has been launched,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky.
Earlier, Sergey Sobyanin said that in August the second phase was opened at the enterprise production, thanks to which the share of factory-ready structures is planned to increase from 20 to 50 percent, and in the future — up to 70 percent.
Specialists from the capital Committee of State Construction Supervision (Mosgosstroynadzor) they monitored the progress of the house construction according to the renovation program at all stages, assisting the developer in preventing violations and ensuring proper quality of work during the erection of the facility.
“The new building is located on a land plot of more than 0.4 hectares. Inspectors from Mosgosstroynadzor conducted four field inspections. Based on the results of the final control and supervisory activity, a conclusion was issued confirming that the building complies with the requirements of the project documentation,” noted the chairman of Mosgosstroynadzor.
The building features bright architecture: the facades are decorated with voluminous polygonal steel composite panels. One section is done in a brown tone, the other in dark beige. The unifying solution was light beige inserts. The sections are grouped in an L-shape, creating an intimate courtyard space inside. The gap between the sections gives the composition of the residential complex a visual lightness.
The new building is located in an area with developed infrastructure. Nearby, there are children’s educational institutions, medical centers, shops, and other necessary facilities. Close by are the Zhulebino Forest Park and Kuzminki Park, as well as the Yugo-Vostochnaya metro station on the Nekrasovskaya line and city transport stops.
Previously, the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov reported that more than 23 thousand city residents received apartments in buildings at renovation program in the South-West Administrative Okrug.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 houses. Sergey Sobyanin ordered to increase implementation rates renovation programs twice as much.
