Chairman of the Government Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on measures to support businesses affected by Ukrainian drone attacks on the facilities of the “RVB” group.
The decision includes a deferral of the payment of certain taxes and insurance contributions, as well as a suspension of inspection activities.
In particular, affected entrepreneurs are granted the right to extend by 12 months the payment deadlines for value-added tax (VAT) (except for that paid upon the import of goods into Russia), profit tax, tax under the simplified tax system (STS), and the automated simplified taxation system (ASTS), as well as insurance contributions and advance payments on these taxes due between August 2026 and July 2027, with subsequent deferral of their payment over one year in equal installments, starting from the month following the payment due date.
Support will be provided to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs whose incurred damage exceeds 5% of their annual income.
For affected entrepreneurs, tax audits and audits of the correctness of the calculation and payment of insurance premiums are also suspended until the end of the year. The running of procedural deadlines related to them is also suspended for this period.
In addition, the deadlines for submitting debt payment claims and for issuing debt recovery decisions are extended by 6 months.
