General Section of the Rules for Trading on the Stock Market, Deposit Market, and Credit Market of PJSC Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS, approved by the decision of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Moscow Exchange on May 15, 2026 (Protocol No. 17), and Part II. Stock Market Section of the Rules for Trading on the Stock Market, Deposit Market, and Credit Market of PJSC Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS, approved by the decision of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Moscow Exchange on January 23, 2026 (Protocol No. 11), and in connection with the receipt from JSC Sberbank CIB of a letter regarding the cancellation of the placement of bonds of the series CIB-SN-IND-001S-309 of JSC Sberbank CIB, ISIN – RU000A10D145 (hereinafter – the Bonds), it is established that starting from 18:30 Moscow time on August 25, 2026, trading in the Bonds in the Trading Mode “Placement: Targeted Orders” will not be conducted.
