Beijing, August 25 /Xinhua/ — China has repeatedly stated that it firmly opposes illegal unilateral sanctions that have no basis in international law and are not authorized by the UN Security Council, said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian on Tuesday.
