Construction of a house-building factory continues in the Krasnopakhorsky area as part of large-scale investment project (MAiP). This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov.
“Thanks to the operation of the MaIP mechanism, modern factories, industrial technoparks, scientific-production and manufacturing complexes are being created in the capital. For example, at the construction site of the future house-building factory in the Krasnopakhorsky district, the zero cycle works have been completed. The readiness of the facility is about 30 percent, its total area will exceed 24.8 thousand square meters. For the implementation of the project, the investor was provided with a plot at a preferential rate of one ruble per year,” said Vladimir Efimov.
The factory will combine several advanced manufacturing facilities. The production unit will include an assembly line workshop, a concrete mixing unit, and a space for finishing technology.
“By the instruction of Sergey Sobyanin, the mechanism for large-scale investment projects helps to form modern production facilities in the capital through private investments and create new jobs in the developing districts of the city. Thus, in New Moscow, within the framework of the MaIP, a house-building factory is being constructed. The building will establish the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures. After the enterprise reaches its design capacity, more than 340 residents of the capital will be able to work here,” added the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.
Large-scale investment projects have been implemented in the capital since 2016 and are one of the key tools for developing the city’s economy.
As noted Ekaterina Solovyova, Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Moscow Department of City Property, MaIP helps the city attract private investment to create significant facilities. One of these is the house-building factory in TiNAO. For the construction of this production complex, the investor was allocated a four-hectare plot at a preferential rate for the entire project implementation period in 2024. The lease agreement is concluded for five years.
Large-scale investment projects are one of the key tools for the development of urban economy and infrastructure. Since 2022, Moscow has been providing businesses with the opportunity to build production facilities on preferential terms, which promotes attracting investments to the industrial sector.
