Strike on Kryvyi Rih
The UN Humanitarian Coordinator for Ukraine, Matthias Schmale, condemned the strike by Russian forces on a shopping center in Kryvyi Rih. Preliminary data indicate that at least 14 people were killed, and more than 100 were injured, including several children. Schmale noted that in recent weeks, strikes on several densely populated cities in Ukraine have destroyed or damaged residential buildings, a hospital, a school, markets, and public transport. Ebola Outbreak

UN humanitarian staff maintain contact with local authorities and are ready to provide necessary support. Meanwhile, violence continues in other areas of the West Bank. OCHA has confirmed that since the beginning of the year, 22 Palestinians have been killed in attacks by settlers.
Hunger in Somalia
The global humanitarian funding crisis is increasingly affecting the most vulnerable children in Somalia, where hundreds of medical and food facilities have been forced to close. This was warned on Friday by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). In the first six months of this year, the number of children admitted to specialized centers with severe acute malnutrition and complications increased by 32 percent compared to the same period last year.
