Moscow’s digital solutions help develop smart cities across Russia — from the Kaliningrad region to the Far East. Sergey Sobyanin spoke about this on his channel on the messenger “Max”.
“Every year we hold more than 50 meetings with regions on digitalization issues. The capital provides them with access to best practices, including in healthcare, education, business, and tourism,” wrote the Mayor of Moscow.

Regions can connect to Moscow’s digital services from scratch — without attracting additional resources and capacities for development. Some tools have become the basis for federal solutions.
The greatest interest is aroused by the following digital projects of Moscow:
— “MosMedII” — the platform provides doctors with access to AI-based services for analyzing radiological images. It is connected to 75 regions and more than two thousand medical institutions;
— “Moscow Electronic School» — today the project operates in six regions of Russia, and from the first quarter of the new academic year it will become available in another five;
— Russpass — the service shows over 70 thousand tourist offers from 85 regions and helps to build individual routes;
— supplier portal — a platform for conducting small-volume procurements. It is used by more than 410 thousand entrepreneurs from across the country and over 60 thousand customers from 47 regions;
— veterinary automated system (VetAS) — allows for animal record keeping, supports the operation of urban veterinary institutions and online services for residents. The solution based on VetAS has been deployed in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug;
— “Mos.Hub” — a cloud platform for IT teams and open source project developers. Among its visitors are specialists from more than 80 regions;
— “Mos.Cloud” helps agencies with budget planning, accounting, and HR processes. The solution is used in the Leningrad region;
— the metropolitan video surveillance system — integrated with more than 160,000 cameras in the Moscow Region, Saint Petersburg, and 59 other subjects of the Russian Federation;
— platform Moscow Innovation Cluster, which opens up a wide range of support tools for technology companies from across the country. More than 50 services and offerings are available to businesses.
“All these services improve the quality of management and make the urban environment more convenient,” concluded Sergey Sobyanin.
