As part of the series of events “Friend, rescuer, protector” On August 22 and 23, free events for pet owners will be held in 17 districts of the capital. The program includes sessions with dog handlers, lectures on the health and well-being of pets, photo sessions, and demonstrations by canine services.
On August 22, there will be demonstration performances of service dogs from canine units and schools in Troparevo-Nikulino. The event will take place from 11:00 to 12:00 at the venue located at: Michurinsky Prospect, Olympic Village, Building 1, Block 2. Guests will see a performance by the canine unit of the Emergency Rescue Squad No. 6 of the Fire and Rescue Center of the city of Moscow.
On the same day, open lessons on disciplinary training will be held in the Yasenevo and Gagarinsky districts. In Yasenevo, the session will take place from 11:00 to 12:00 on Inessa Armand Street (building 3). In the Gagarinsky district, it will be from 14:00 to 15:00 at Lomonosovsky Prospect, building 18. Cynologists will explain how to properly establish interaction with a pet, help master basic commands, and provide practical recommendations for working with dogs of any breed and age.
From 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Teply Stan district, there will be a public lecture at the venue located at 36 Akademika Vargi Street. It will cover proper nutrition, health, and well-being of cats and dogs.
From 10:00 to 13:00 in the Kommunarka area, pet grooming care will be available at mobile grooming sites located from Bachurinskaya Street to School No. 2070. In the Voronovo area, services will be available from 16:00 to 19:00 at the address: Klenovo village, Oktyabrskaya Street, house 7.
In addition, photo sessions for dogs will take place in the Konkovo and Zyuzino districts. In Konkovo, a professional photographer will work from 10:00 to 13:00 at 16 Vvedenskogo Street, and in Zyuzino from 16:00 to 19:00 at 30 Balaklavsky Prospect, Building 2.
On August 23, open lessons on disciplinary training will be held in the districts of Severnoye Tushino, Levoberezhny, Veshnyaki, and Golyanovo. From 11:00 to 12:00, classes will take place in Severnoye Tushino at 91 Svobody Street (Severnoye Tushino Park) and in Veshnyaki on Yunosti Street (house 11). From 14:00 to 15:00, lessons will be held in the Levoberezhny district on Flotskaya Street (house 1) in Friendship Park and in Golyanovo at 6 Novosibirskaya Street, building 1.
From 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, there will be an open cynological lecture “Five Tools for a Vigorous Old Age” in the Levoberezhny district on Valdaiskaya Street (house 7) and in the Severnoye Izmaylovo district at: Sirenevy Boulevard, house 3, building 4. The audience will be told about proper nutrition, health, and well-being of pets.
On the same day, mobile grooming will operate in the Chertanovo Severnoye and Biryulyovo Vostochnoye districts. In Chertanovo Severnoye, services will be available from 10:00 to 13:00 at Dnepropetrovskaya Street, building 4a (the park near the Ashkhabad cinema), and in Biryulyovo Vostochnoye from 16:00 to 19:00 on Elevatornaya Street (building 8).
Photo sessions for pets will be held in the Ivanovskoe and Vostochnoye Izmaylovo districts. In Ivanovskoe, a professional photographer will work from 10:00 to 13:00 at Entuziastov Highway, building 94, block 4, and in Vostochnoye Izmaylovo — from 16:00 to 19:00 at the site on Izmaylovsky Boulevard (building 48).
