On August 29 and 30, open house days will be held in the themed sports spaces “Ekran” and “Orion.” Guests will be welcomed with presentations of new sections, introductory training sessions, as well as demonstration performances in various sports. The events are organized by “Moscow Sport.”
Starting at 12:00, new section presentations will take place every hour. During the meetings, coaches will conduct introductory sessions, and regular participants will demonstrate what they have learned. In addition, demonstration performances in various sports will be held for visitors. Each center will present 10 disciplines.
Sports space “Screen” located in the district center “Meeting Place ‘Ekran’” at the address: Novocherkassky Boulevard, building 21a, third floor. There are three halls for training — universal, martial arts, and group programs. Free sections for children’s karate and fitness for all ages operate on the site.
On August 29 at 12:15, there will be a capoeira section presentation for guests (6+ and 18+). At 13:00, football classes (3+), sambo and judo (5+), as well as sports ballroom dancing (4+) will begin. At 13:45, guests can attend badminton (6+) and MMA (7+ and 18+) training sessions. At 14:30, volleyball sections (18+) and kudo (3+) will be waiting for guests. At 15:15, children will be told about volleyball lessons (10–13+), and at 16:00, there will be an artistic gymnastics training (7+).
After each presentation, you will be able to submit an application to enroll in the section you liked. During breaks, young participants can take part in a quest, as well as join a special sports lottery together with adults.
Sports space “Orion” operates in the district center “Meeting Place ‘Orion'” at the address: 26 Letchika Babushkina Street, third floor. Training takes place in three halls — universal, martial arts, and group programs. Adult visitors can join free sections for health gymnastics and table tennis.
The open day at the “Orion” sports space will take place on August 30. At 12:30, children can attend volleyball classes (6+), and at 13:15 — tennis (6+) and kudo (5+). At 14:00, guests will be hosted meetings dedicated to basketball (10–13+ and 18+), acrobatics (5+), and bachata (18+). At 14:45, visitors will be able to get acquainted with the hand-to-hand combat section (5+), at 15:00 watch a demonstration by members of the rhythmic gymnastics section (6+), at 15:30 attend an MMA training session (13–17+ and 18+), and at 15:45 join a meeting dedicated to badminton (6+).
