In the Novomoskovsky Administrative District, construction of a kindergarten designed for 250 pupils continues. The overall readiness of the facility stands at 80 percent. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.

“In the Vnukovo area, construction of a kindergarten for 250 places continues. The total area of the three-story building is over three thousand square meters. Currently, finishing work on the premises and installation of engineering systems are underway. On the adjacent territory, walking and sports grounds are being arranged, and landscaping is being carried out. For the comprehensive development of the children, the building includes music and physical education halls, rooms for developmental activities. A food unit with a full technological cycle and a medical unit with a procedure room are equipped. After all work is completed and the facility is commissioned, the kindergarten will be transferred to the city education system,” said Vladimir Efimov.

The building is equipped with an elevator, and the layout of the rooms creates an unobstructed environment for people with limited mobility. The floors in the group rooms on the first floor are equipped with a heating system.

“The interior space of the kindergarten is designed with maximum comfort and safety for the children in mind. The building will house 10 groups. Each includes play and sleeping areas, as well as a buffet. They feature transformable partitions, allowing flexible use of the space throughout the day. The doors from the groups to the changing rooms are made in the style of stained glass, which will provide additional natural lighting. A two-story stained glass window is planned on the main facade,” added the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the city’s Department of Urban Planning Policy.

Vladislav Ovchinsky.

Since March 2024, inspectors from the capital have been monitoring the construction of a social facility State Construction Supervision Committee (Mosgosstroynadzor).

Chairman of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Anton Slobodchikov added that the committee’s inspectors conducted the ninth on-site inspection, during which they evaluated the quality of the completed monolithic and facade structures, the installation of engineering networks, landscaping, as well as the materials used.

The architectural appearance of the building is distinguished by conciseness and contemporary expressiveness. The main facade surfaces are made of light materials using white mineral decorative plaster and light gray concrete tiles that imitate brick. Artistic accents are provided by inserts of ceramic tiles in two shades of green, which add dynamism and visual lightness to the facades. Windows, doors, and roof railings are finished in graphite color, creating contrast. The volumetric-spatial composition is based on a play of rectangular volumes of varying heights, giving the building individuality and a modern look.

Each of the 10 groups will have playgrounds equipped with shade canopies, sandboxes, and play complexes. There are also common sports areas with mazes, football and basketball courts with rubber crumb surfaces. The green spaces will cover more than half of the undeveloped area. Trees and shrubs will be planted here, and a living hedge will also be formed.

The facility will appear on the territory of the residential complex, not far from the village of Bolshoye Svinorye.

Earlier, Sergey Sobyanin spoke about the completion construction of the kindergarten in Western Degunin.
