To submit meter readings, you need to open the service catalog on the mos.ru portal, go to the “Housing, real estate, land” section, select the “Housing and communal services, maintenance of housing” subsection, and use the “Submission of readings and payment for electricity” service.
In order for it to automatically find information in the system, you need to enter the address, personal account number, and meter number into your personal account. Access to the service will also require a standard or complete user account on the mos.ru portal.
You can also submit electricity meter readings in other ways: using a widget “Utilities” in the personal account on the mos.ru portal, through virtual assistant Alisa, in mobile applications “My Moscow” and “Moscow State Services”, on the platform’s website and mobile app “Electronic Home”, as well as by calling the unified service hotline: +7 495 539-25-25.
Users are awarded points in the city loyalty program for submitting readings via the “Electronic Home” platform “Million of Prizes”. They can be used to obtain goods and services from partners, as well as directed towards charity.
